Monday is a great day to sit quietly and set your intentions.
These meditation sessions are for women who would like to start their week by looking at how they are feeling and exploring how those feelings may get in the way of what they wish to accomplish.
Linsey will lead both Mindful meditations and visualizations plus facilitate supportive-sharing.
There will be mutual trust that what is shared will be respected and kept safe.
Bach Flower remedies will be available for anyone who is struggling with an emotion which may prevent them from meeting their intentions.
Commitment and payment are for three consecutive weeks…it’ll be worth it 🙂
